Together with its subsidiary, BFM Facility Management, PBW Hungary is providing professional services with the aim to form a business partnership with each client and to maximize asset value. Working closely with building owners, we create plans that achieve cost efficiencies and improve tenant retention through the highest level of service and superior knowledge of local markets.

János Szeifert

General Manager Since 2001, Mr János Szeifert is the General Manager and Member of the Management Board of PBW Hungary, and at the same time Member of the Supervisory Board of BFM Facility Management. Mr. Szeifert has wide experience in real estate management business. Previously, he was Asset and Property Manager for the Buda Square Office Building owned by GE Capital and Heitman. Prior to this he worked as Marketing and Sales Director at the Bank Center Management and also as Sales Office Manager at the ITC Network. Mr. Szeifert holds a teacher’s degree in foreign languages as well as a degree in foreign trade.
