Together with its subsidiary PFM, PBW Czech Republic is providing professional services with the aim to form a business partnership with each client and to maximize asset value. Working closely with building owners, we create plans that achieve cost efficiencies and improve tenant retention through the highest level of service and superior knowledge of local markets.

Jerôme Spanek

Managing Director As Managing Director of PBW Czech Republic and Vice President of PFM. Mr Spanek’s challenge was to expand those companies in providing real estate management services of an international standard, and develop a new clients base. He has been very successful in building team of broadly trained professionals able to provide investors with effective property management services. Mr Spanek held several positions in asset and property management. He was responsible for developing property management teams in Hungary, Czech Republic and Poland from 1995 to 1999. Mr Spanek holds a University Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Bordeaux.
